Under the of Spartan umbrella we offer a selection of brands [the majority of which are designed and manufactured at our unit in Malvern] that, taken together, provide an almost complete collection of technical sportswear.

Structuring our collection as separate individual brands allows us to:

  1. Manage them more efficiently and promote them more effectively.
  2. More easily communicate the key differences between the products to the customer [eg lead times].
  3. Make sure that our emerging products - eg skinwear - receive the same investment [both in terms of time and money] as our more established ie outerwear.

Increasingly over the last few years, in terms of the garments that we manufacture, we have been focusing firmly on our strengths ensuring that what we do - we do well. This means though that we are also always looking to source other products - that compliment our own - if we feel there is a 'gap' in our collection. When we do we look for sportswear companies who share the same focus [on the 'performance' element] and who specialise in what they do. Initially we look for British companies - in-keeping with the concept of Supporting British Manufacturing - but will source products [as we do with our fabrics] from anywhere in the world if we believe them to be the best and if we know them to be fit-for-purpose.
