At Spartan we are never satisfied with what we have done - preferring instead to look at the things we might have done better. Although we have great belief and confidence in our ranges, and are already producing some of the market leading products, when it comes to business we prefer to see the glass as being half-empty. There is no point in dwelling on the things that have gone well as that should always be the case.
Instead we are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve. We make no apologises for the fact that we are often altering the spec of a garment especially as we always ensure that, as far as possible, you can continue with the same style [colours, decoration etc.] as previous. Importantly if we can see a way of changing things for the better [perhaps by utilising a new fabric or by altering a feature] - then we will act upon it.
This attitude does not only relate to the clothing. On the production side we are constantly assessing all our processes to find ways of improving our efficiency [normally by eradicating as many potential problems as possible] and the same applies on the admin side where we are always looking at ways of streamlining the whole ordering process. You will also see evidence of this on the website which is constantly evolving and improving. All of this of course with the long term aim of improving the overall level of service that we offer.
One thing we are happy to do is listen [one of the main reasons why we exhibit at key events throughout the year] as we believe it is only by listening to you can we move forward as a company and cope with the unique challenges of customised performance sportswear.
