Our key operations [Admin; Marketing; Production; Sales] are all based at our dedicated unit in Malvern. Although effectively a 'working factory', anybody is welcome to visit and look around - albeit it is essential [due to Heath and Safety regulations] that you check with us in advance .

Our normal working hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday [1.30pm on Fridays].
In order to offer as high a level of customer service as possible, and to avoid any confusion, we operate an Account Management system - which means that you deal with one person throughout the whole order process. Who looks after you will depend upon a few factors [including the sport and your location] - crucially though the advantage being that you can actually start to build a relationship with us [as well as ensuring that you don't have to explain everything every time you contact us].
