Our aim, having put design right at the heart of everything that we do, is always to produce quality clothing that performs when it matters and we continue to invest, both financially and in terms of time, in our ongoing R & D programme [which is reflected in the constant improvement and innovation seen in our ranges].
However, ever when immersed in the design process, we never forget that the end product still has to be competitively priced. Therefore while we never cut corners - which might lead to the performance being compromised - we do always keep a close eye on the cost of a garment. Whenever and wherever possible we also look at imaginative ways of cutting costs while still improving the spec. From personal experience we are keenly aware of the financial demands that competing in high-intensity sports places on athletes [training camps, membership fees, equipment etc.] and so have also never forget that, regardless of how amazing the individual piece might be, it still has to be realistic.
This is best reflected in our Platinum Label collection which has allowed us to bring to the market garments that utilise some of the most technically advanced fabrics available anywhere in the world. Even though these fabrics are inevitably expensive [a reflection on the amount of research that has gone into them ] as we are actually designing and manufacturing the garments ourselves - and, crucially, selling direct to the end user - they are still very cost-effective especially when compare to similar garments available [from the major manufacturers].
