As well as investing much time and energy in our products over the last few years, we have also introduced - and will continue to do so - a range of new services designed to improve upon our levels of customer service and to make the whole order process less stressful.
We believe the role of the kit officer is crucial and are very aware of the need to support him or her as much as physically possible [especially when dealing with the unique challenges of customised products]. Some of our very core concepts underline this commitment including Dedicated Delivery Dates [which remove all the guess work and prevent you from being placed in an awkward position] and performance clothing @ competitive prices [within which, for any repeat orders, we 'fix' the cost of a garment for the year regardless of the quantity].
On top of these ideas, there are a number of different things that we can do to help [to promote the club's designs and styles] including:
- Customised posters which [when laminated in A4 size] are ideal for use in the boat house or changing rooms.
- Customised mini-brochures [in .pdf format] which can be distributed quickly and easily via mailing lists or downloaded from this - or the club's - website. All this marketing material is produced by us and is of course free. Please talk to your Account Manager about all the available options.
Moreover [depending on the profile of the club] other services that we are able to offer include:
- Organising club kit days - during which we actually visit you to showcase the garments and undertake sizing exercises.
- Managing the whole order process - ie when individual athletes actually order club garments direct from us [relevant for those clubs without recognised kit officers].
